Baby Shower Recipes

2 cans drained crushed pineapple
2 cans drained fruit cocktail
2 cans cherry pie filling
small package of coconut flakes
small bag mini marshmallows
nuts if desired

blend all ingredients and chill in fridge - serve when ready! Easy and delicious!

1 8oz cream cheese (soft)
1 6oz can of frozen orange juice (thawed)
1 8oz whipped topping (thawed)
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 9inch gram-cracker pie crust

In a large bowl mix cream cheese till fluffy with electric mixer. Add condensed milk and mix till well blended. Mix in orange juice till nice and smooth. Gently mix in the whipped topping and scoop onto the pie crust. Refrigerate at least an hour. Can be made the night before the party! Make a couple of these! you'll need them! so yummy!

1 pkg 8oz cream cheese (soft)
1/3 cup mayo
1 tsp all purpose dill mix
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pkg 8oz flake or leg style imitation crab (chopped)
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 2 quart batter bowl combine cream cheese, mayo then add dill mix, lemon zest, juice, crab and onions mixing well. Spread mixture in 8 inch mini baker. Bake 20 - 30 minutes till outside edges are lightly browned. Serve with crackers or assorted veggie dippers! Yum!

3-4 cans of pear halves. 3 cans mandarin oranges. quart size yogurt (your flavor) or you can use whip cream. Trim a small slice from the round side of the pear half so it will sit level on a plate. Fill each hollow with yogurt & oranges.

If you want you can make an orange surprise. Take a small orange or tangerine, slice a quarter of the top off. Hollow it out. then jig jag cut slicing at angles around the rim. Fill it with yogurt & mandarin oranges. top it off with some slices of kiwi. Looks really nice & tasty!

½ C. butter (melted) ½ C. Sugar
Boil 2 minutes to melt then add 1tsp. vanilla.
foil cover a cookie sheet and lay out club crackers in single layer.
spoon over butter sugar mixture crackers. Have prepared already
peanuts or cashews crunched up in small pieces in a sandwich bag,
sprinkle those over the crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 mins. till lightly brown.
Remove from pan immediately or they will stick! Arrange on serving platter. They are delectable!

1 30oz package cottage cheese
1 6oz package orange jello
1 11oz can mandarin oranges
1 9oz container of whipped topping

Drain mandarin oranges - cut sections in half and set aside. In a large bowl mix thoroughly cottage cheese and the dry jello and whipped topping. Add mandarin orange pieces and chill in refrigerator. This can be made the day before the party! Double up to make more for a larger crowd!
